We eat at Thai Carrot often. I’m not celiac but definitely gf. The Pad Se Ew GF version used to be very bland but they have caught on and now it’s very favorable. So are many of their other GF options. Have not had any bad reactions to any of the dishes I’ve ordered. Highly recommend.

Hard pass. Hostess stated most noodle dishes could be made gluten free (not pad Thai however) so I ordered Pad Se Ew with chicken.
They must have modified the dish by simply leaving out the soy sauce, because what I got was plain wide rice noodles with chicken and veggies. I was able to flavor it myself at home, but it was literally just plain noodles, no other flavoring.

My food is always very good and I’ve never had a reaction. No separate menu but most of it can be made gluten free.
