Speaking with the server (owner?) they can make 90% of the menu gluten free. They start at a base of vegan and go from there to make it how the food is wanted. They are very aware of allergies and diets and work to make it how it is needed. Besides that the Drunken Noodles with vegetables were really good and I went away feeling well. I will definitely be returning toake it a regular spot.
