Thai Cortez & Sushi

This is my favorite local restaurant for gluten-free. They have several choices on their Thai menu that include delicious rice noodles. The Pad Thai and Thai Cortez Fried Rice are favorites. And, if I'm not feeling good, the Chicken Pho is my go to comfort food.

This a busy place for dinner and no wonder! Food was absolutely wonderful. We had Beef Salad, Tom Kha Soup and Massaman Curry. GF items are marked on menu. If I lived in Cortez, this would be one of my go-to places.
