The wait staff is very knowledgeable regarding gluten free items on the menu. I've never have an issue eating here. It's my Favorite place to eat.

Almost everything on their menu is gluten free. Only 4 or 5 dishes contain gluten and their staff is very knowledgeable concerning gluten. They have no dairy products except for half and half. Their soy sauce is also gluten free. They have wonderful food. I love hot and sour soup and it's also gluten free. It's a wonderful place to eat.
