Interesting experience here. I asked the server about gluten free items, and she said only the fried rice and curry dishes were okay. She checked in the kitchen and learned that the Pad Thai noodles, despite being rice noodles, contained wheat. First time I've ever seen that. I had to trust her. Maybe they are extra careful, but I can't say if they're Celiac friendly.
