They say most menu items can be made gluten free, though they aren't quite the best at handling allergies/celiac. The service was mediocre when I went, but not terrible. I got yellow curry, which I was told is gluten free by default, with the exception of a fried spring roll that comes with it, which we decided to leave off. When the dish came out, it had a spring roll right on top of the rice and instead of remaking the meal they scraped the rice off (and therefore half of the dish's curry sauce). What was left of my meal was tasty, though. I was not impressed with how they handled my food or allergy concerns, yet because their menu is by default more gluten-free than most other restaurants i still consider them to be fairly safe, at least for the dishes that already come gluten free.
