Review of Thai Evergreen

First, the Massaman Curry was amazing delicious. But, I did ask about Gluten Free and the very kind and helpful staff assured me "we can do gluten free."

I did get mildly ill after. I used a home gluten test to check some leftovers we brought home and: They tested positive for gluten.

So, if you actually have Celiac disease I recommend you either go elsewhere or be very inquisitive about how they handle gluten free requests. Personally I suspect they're using gluten-containing ingredients like soy sauce without knowing it's a source.
