Their vegetarian sauce is made with gluten free soy sauce and without fish sauce, but you must specify you want this sauce when ordering and ask for no tofu in whatever you order. I get pad Thai with vegetarian sauce and no tofu usually, but I have also ordered the fried rice with vegetarian sauce. Their curries are gluten free as indicated by the website.
