Most of the menu is gluten free! And I think they took precautions with the pan they cook it in
Bon service et j’ai jamais eu de problèmes même si j’ai une intolérance sévère. Probablement le fast good avec le plus d’options sans gluten et le plus safe.

Menu has marked gluten free items and they did pour the sauce from a new jug from the back vs. Scooping from the communal sauce bowls. But this was all negated when they tossed my food into the same wok they just cooked the previous wheat noodle dish… absolutely not safe for celiac.

Had the Pad Thai with Chicken. Ingredients came out oft he fridge in proportioned bags and put straight into the wok which had been cleaned so risk of cross contamination was low. No reactions

Lots of GF options and all are listed on the menu. Told cashier and she marked gluten free on my receipt. I got the #8 Pad See Ew. It was not ew. It was delicious! No problems afterwards. Glad I found this.
This is in the food court in Eaton Center.

They have noodle and sauce option that are gluten free. I won’t rely on employees to know what ingredients are gluten free but they have a well documented list on the website. Also, as it might be ok for people intolerant to gluten free, I wouldn’t go if I had severe celiac diagnosis. Might not be safe because of cross contamination
