I called ahead of time and was informed the only gluten free dish available was their fried rice. I did not go because I feared cross contamination.
While the menu doesn't specify what is Gluten-free, the staff have indicated that they get frequent requests for gluten free options, and there are a handful of dishes they offer than can be prepared as such. I've been trying a variety of their noodle dishes, and I have not gotten sick or had any kind of reaction to date. Just have to be sure to clarify with the servers and communicate needs as best as you can.
