Thai Hot 2 Poke Bowl and Ramen

I ordered online today, and got a medium poke bowl (avocado, soy sauce, spicy tuna, spicy mayo, jalapeños, onions and garlic) and a California roll. Stressed that I could not have gluten, including soy sauce, and to please wipe down prep area, use new gloves and utensils. Also noted that if anything I ordered was not gf to leave it out. Left a nice tip and the food was fantastic! The poke bowl had shrimp instead of spicy tuna, so I’m not sure if the spicy tuna contains wheat (like most imitation crab meat does) or if that was just an accident. All good though. Delicious!
