The menu is well-marked for gluten and allergens, but the server informed us that there is cross contamination all over the kitchen. They use a separate wok for each dish they prepare, but they use the same steamer and pots for vegetables and noodles. Based on that information, we decided it was safest to order something naturally GF and not “GFO.” We both had curry and didn’t have any reactions. Sometimes in a small mountain town, that’s the best you can ask for. Sadly, the curries were quite watery and didn’t taste authentic. We’ve had much better in the past. There is definitely room for improvement here, but we still had a good meal.

Very good food. Waitstaff understanding of celiac disease and kind. The menu has normally gluten free foods and gluten free options on others.

At least I had choices here. Food was good and fresh. Not my favorite meal I’ve ever had.
