I love Thai Ruby. I am gluten and dairy free and they have so many options for me. The menu is labeled with gluten free items. The staff is very knowledgeable and kind when I ask about particular dishes and safety.
Alex the server took amazing care of me! Food was so safe and GF items are clearly listed on the menu. DO NOT BE SCARED, STOP IN AND SUPPORT THIS AWESOME DELICIOUS THAI FOOD!

Great restaurant with a gluten-free menu. The food is good and many of the items are gluten-free.
I’ve eaten lunch twice. I had the panang chicken both times. They serve a spring roll and soup with each lunch that your gluten eating companions will gladly eat for you. The soup included is NOT gluten free even though you would think it is because it looks like miso soup. They told me that I could order chicken coconut soup as an appetizer even though it is not on the lunch menu.
Best pad Thai. Naturally gf but I was make sure to tell the staff just incase.
I have eaten here more than 25 times and never had an issue The food is fantastic and gluten free items are listed on the menu. Most Thai food is gluten free but they are very knowledgeable about allergies and I have always gotten a great meal.
