If I could have selected 0 out of 5 stars then I would have. There is an employee there supposedly named "Tania" (not sure if this is correct or not considering she refused to tell me her name at first) who has a severe attitude problem and does not know how to treat customers. At 2:11pm on 10/4/18 I walked into Thai Spice to pick up a Door Dash order. (I'm a driver and pick up orders on behalf of my customers.) When I walked inside I saw "Tania" at the front register, however as soon as she saw me walk in, she ignored me and went to the back immediately after. So I continued to stand at the register for 5 minutes while I listened to her talk to a cook in the back about nothing important. Well once I realized I had been there for 5 mins without being greeted or anything I decided to have a seat in the lobby to see if a server would greet me. But nobody ever came. Based on this part of the experience alone I would have left and never given them my business but I had to sit and wait until "Tania" decided to do her job so that I could deliver the order that my customer requested. About 10 minutes later "Tania" shouts, "it's ready" with quite a nasty tone in her voice. So when I walked up to the counter I tried to ask her if she's familiar with how to greet a customer but before I could even get two words out she shouted the total at me to pay. So I tried to repeat myself. But she once again interrupted me and shouted the total at me again making it very clear that she was not going to acknowledge me or allow me to speak. So I swiped my company card and the iPad she rang me up on requested a tip. I looked up at her and told her that I always tip merchants because I used to work as a GM of a restaurant but based on my experience today she will not be getting a tip. I also told her that I came in intending to make a separate personal purchase so that I could buy a drink for myself while I was there but after the way she treated me, I told her they would never be getting my business. Once again, during all of this she continuously attempts to interrupt me and sarcastically tells me to "have a great day" so since she wanted to be petty I asked her who her manager was. And her sarcastic response was, "my boss". So I then asked her who her boss's name was then and she refused to tell me. Instead she told me she was going to "report" me to Door Dash for, get this: "personally attacking HER" lolololol Um what?????? I told her that I never raised my voice or disrespected her, no matter how disrespectful and ugly she was to me from the start. So then I told her that if I don't get her boss's name then I will need hers so I can properly file a complaint and her response was, "you can't complain against me. I'm a good worker and nothing will happen to me." First of all, I don't know what crack pipe this girl was smoking today but she is not at all a "good worker". I told her that had she been my employee I would have fired her on the spot. Because that is the opposite of what good customer service is supposed to be. So once again I asked for her name and she wrote it down. As I waited for her to finish writing it, a group of customers came in and I guess she decided she wasn't going to hand me the paper she wrote her supposed name on and she just stood there staring at me. I told her I was not leaving until I got her name. And then she started crying!!!! Like what in tarnation????? Crying? For what? So since she just wanted to stand there and cry I leaned over and read the paper she wrote on which said, "Tania". So I told her that I got all that I needed today and that I will be calling her boss to inform them about her horrible attitude and victimization she put on herself and I WILL be copying and pasting this review to every single review site I can find. Nobody give these people business. Be sure to read the 1 star reviews on Google and you can read about similar stories other customers have had there too! So there you have it folks. Thai Spice SUCKS!!!!

Amazing restaurant even for highly sensitive Celiac! Some language barriers with server, but manager came out and made sure to put my food in a separate pan! Even had GF soy sauce! 😍 definitely recommend to my celiac fam!
