Diagnosed with celiac a little over a year ago I was static to find that our favorite spot offered plenty of gluten free options & alternatives. Sadly, last time I went there, after discovering I was still being exposed to gluten due to cross contamination. The staff explained to me the still used the same oil even for Items requested not Gluten free. They did attempt to work with me so I could eat something int he menu that was not cross contaminated. I haven't been there since. I don't believe the have an in-depth understanding of Gluten Allergies, Gluten sensitivity & Celiac Disease.
