First time I was here, the owner/ manager was great and I had a delicious safe meal. Today, she is not here and the staff is overwhelmed and not knowledgeable. The pad see ew came out with a brown sauce which the previous lady had explained was not safe for celiacs. The safe dish is pale in color. After questioning, the guy still insisted it was gluten free. But the container of the oyster sauce clearly said it contained wheat flour. Very dangerous. Staff clearly was uneducated. Granted , they were extremely busy but they should be more knowledgeable.
