I order the pad Thai and panang curry every time because the first time I called, they told me these were gluten free. Since then they always say different things "everything is gluten, no gluten free" "no, it has rice noodles in it"etc. Language barriers are an issue and it seems like not all staff know what gluten free means. Update October 2022: I finally got clarity on these things when I dined in and the person was able to explain the deal to me. The curries and pad Thai are made with gf fish sauce, but everything else on the menu has wheat-based soy sauce in the sauce except the fried tofu which is served with a gluten free sweet and sour sauce (and is amazing!). However, she explained that they can make other things on the menu sans the standard sauce and serve with a fish sauce and sugar based sauce that they can throw together for you if you prefer that. Personally, I'll stick with my curry and pad Thai and fried tofu and it's good enough that I'll keep coming back here even though they don't have the most gluten free options. We are lucky to have this place in Richmond
