Their pho is gluten free and amazing! When you tell them youre gluten free they do not give you the hoisin sauce that it comes with. At times they did include it the sauce by mistake, but I just toss because I know it’s not gluten free and packed in a separate plastic container. I have Celiac and never had an issue here!
