I had the Pad Thai noodles which were labeled Gluten free on the menu. There were not a lot of other hot dishes marked Gluten free. The first thing I noticed was the noodles were very, very thin rice noodles, like vermicelli or angel hair. The rice noodles I get when I order Pad Thai in other restaurants are usually a little thicker. I don't know which is more authentic but I can tell you I am used to getting slightly thicker noodles and I like the thicker ones better. The noodles were in a greasy, gooey sauce. They seemed like they had been made earlier and left sitting in the sauce. They were not freshly made. On top of the noodles were some fresh beans sprouts and peanuts which I enjoyed. The dish was served in a very shallow bowl; I guess they were trying to make the portion size seem larger. It was just an adequate portion, not a large portion. The entrance is locked, even when the restaurant is open. You have to press the buzzer and the waitress let's you in. When she opened the door for me, she blocked my way and questioned why I was there. I understand security but I did not feel welcome at all. No smile, no "welcome to my restaurant", no "good afternoon", not even "would you like a table"
Very Good Service , friendly ! Home warm feel , Jay is the Best !! I recommend this place to Anyone who want Great food and Service !! Thank you for everything !! Me and my Wife love it!!
They clearly mark gluten free dishes and are knowledgeable about celiac. I didn’t get sick and felt safe eating there. I just thought it was pretty mediocre Thai food. I’ve had much better elsewhere. Not spicy and not very flavorful (but maybe that was just my curry and other dishes are better?)
