This is hands down the best gluten free sandwich shop / deli I have have ever been to too. They ensure majority of the meats they use are gf and on separate counters and workstations. While they make your stuff they have an incredible selection of pastas / baked goods which are also gf. Most of the workers are also gf, or will point you to someone is. Feels like an authentic Italian deli. ❤ out of all the places I would eat with celiacs in Syracuse it would be this place
