“We do our best to keep cross contamination down to an absolute minimum. This includes separate boards, knives, fresh gloves and utensils. We can use fresh packs of cheeses, and cold cut meats to reduce the risk of contamination also. Pre-mixed fillings such as coronation chicken/prawn mayo, can not be stored separately due to a lack of storage space!”
