That's A Wrap

I really enjoy their salads. They also have a selection of gluten-free wraps, and Leto snd gluten free desserts. The staff is very knowledgeable about what is gluten-free and they put on new gloves with each customer. Wrap and salad ingredients are made in a plastic bag, so no fears of cross-contamination.

They are a little pricey, but the portions are big and they ingredients are high quality.

This place has a wide variety of gluten free wraps to choose from. The staff wear new gloves with each customer and place your wrap on a new foil square for prep so it's never touching a glutened counter top. There are many topping available for your wrap. I had the mayo as I wasn't sure if the other dressing were gluten free. The staff were nice enough to help me and we figured out the mayo was gluten free. They also have soups and many are advertised as gluten free but I didn't try one. Food tasted great and staff were friendly and helpful.
