GF Options, but unreliable food safety

Ordered the banquet with a group of friends. Staff seemed alert to importance of coeliac but I received mixed messages with each dish arriving. I received different meals to everyone else but regularly had to check sauces on the vegie/fish options, as the original menu item was already listed as gf. Wouldn't trust this restaurant as I was sick afterwards despite own efforts to check meal safety.
