I live in the area and several people in my family have celiac disease. We have never had a problem with the pizza from the Alley. I always explain to the server that I have celiac disease and that I can’t have gluten. I ask them to get new ingredients and they are pretty accommodating. We eat at the Alley 8 to 12 times a year.
