I got ordered a burger with no bun and grilled onions, they onions were cooked in beer and got extremely sick when I informed the server that I had a severe gluten allergy.

No special considerations for gluten free. Some of the seafood dishes can be grilled, hence made gluten free. They do have a few gluten free beers.
