This quick service is located at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There are separate GF allergy menus and for other allergies, too. I had the Saratoga Salad with Chicken for lunch and it was good. Not very many choices but I felt safe eating here as they do take precautions of how they handle allergies. There is also a large refrigerator section that has other GF options like yogurt, hard boiled eggs and pre made salads with GF Ken’s salad dressing packets. They also have individually wrapped GF brownies and chocolate chip cookies (sorry can’t remember the brand name). They also sell Snacks with Character items which is snacks for people with allergies and they are certified gluten free. I tried the chocolate chip and lemon cookies and I enjoyed them very much!
Food is not amazing, but there is an allergy menu and they take all the Disney precautions. The chicken fingers are not bad. The Saratoga salad was fine. It's a convenient place to eat if you are staying at the Saratoga Springs Resort. You can be confident you will be well taken care of.
Like other Disney locations, the manager took the time to speak with us and make sure our orders were put in correctly but unfortunately the quality of the food was pretty disappointing. The waffles were very bland and underbaked (even though they’ve been fantastic at other locations) and the overall look and quality of our meals were not worth the price. It could’ve just been an off day but I won’t be returning to this location.
Me and my family ate breakfast here twice and it was amazing. I was able to get gf waffles with bacon. It was very tasty and a great treat to enjoy without worry. I did eat here once for dinner and got a gf meat pizza with no cheese. The chef came out to talk to me about modifications and was super kind. However, the pizza was very cracker like and a bit brunt. Not my fav. I would not recommend eating at this place for dinner. Walk over to Disney Springs and eat there instead. Breakfast here is great though and I would 10/10 recommend.
The Artist’s Palette has an entire menu for people with food allergies. The selection for gluten-free was very good. We ordered a Hawaiian Pie which was delicious. My daughter said, “it doesn’t even taste gluten-free” which is a high compliment from her. Food was served in a covered container.
We love coming to this resort eatery. We have had a few times where the kitchen made some errors in food prep. And gave us gluten food. But once we brought it to their attention, they corrected it immediately. But the sandwiches and breakfasts are great! Just make sure you check everything. As vigilance is your only protector in the world of food 💗
no actual menu. had to speak with chef to find out options. salad was good but not many options
There is NO gluten free menu. You are asked to move out of the "express Lane" while the chef comes out to let you know what can be made for your "gluten free" request. This is NOT a sit down restaurant . You place an order like a cafeteria and then they bring it to your table . VERY disappointed & it's misleading as far as gluten free options. Only plus- chef made me two very small gluten free Mickey Mouse waffles( clearly for children).
This place has a decent amount of gluten free options, but it can get very busy when everyone comes back from the parks so it's a bit difficult to ask for GF options because the kitchen is busy, the chef is in the back, and the line gets crowded. Since it was busy the first night, I opted for the Greek chicken salad without asking if it was safe. I did not experience any issue with this dish, but I'm not certain if it is gluten free.
The second day it was nearly empty so I asked if the chili was gluten-free and the sous chef and chef assured that it was. My experience in requesting accommodations wasn't seen as a hassle by the sous chef or the chef, and the team working there is quite friendly considering the volume of patrons.
The chili was delicious (though I did have a laugh when I saw they put bagged saltines in the bag). I've read that they'll do the flatbreads and sandwiches GF as well, but that might be a hassle to order if it is crowded.
