Review of The Aviary NYC

Known for their imaginative and inventive high end cocktails and bar food. I let the Aviary know I was GF on my prepaid reservation and the second thing our server asked after welcoming us was “who is gluten free”? He recommended some GF bar snacks - the Waygu beef with roasted Brussels sprouts were awesome! The cocktails are part science class and part bartending school! Well worth the view from the 35th floor of the Mandarin Oriental overlooking Central Park! Great place to take clients or a special someone!
