Cashier knew exactly what their processes were to minimise cross contamination. Offer plain gf or chia gf bagel bun. It gets it own tray in toaster and piece of baking paper. Celiac is printed on ticket and staff change their gloves. When they went to put the cream cheese they opened a new tub and got a clean knife. Obviously not 100% GF guaranteed but I haven’t felt any symptoms after eating.

Told all fillings are gluten free. Staff asked if ceoliac. Staff wore new gloves, foil placed under bagel when put in toaster. Paper put under bagel when at the fillings station. Filling station was also wiped clean before gf bagel got fillings (could be coincidence). Overall feel very safe. Ordered the B.R.A.T, it was fresh and delicious. Definitely recommend.

Dedicated tongs and Celiac button for all orders. Didn’t even have to ask for them to clarify that it was celiac bagels and cream cheese are amazing

Wanted just a light lunch. Choice of two Gf bagels, wore new gloves, checked all the ingredients were Gf for me, service was friendly and quick.

They have 2 types of gluten free bagels. One that’s plain and the other with chia seeds. They ask if you are coeliac, as they have a seperate dedicated toaster and are wary not to cross contaminate. You can’t tell that the bagel is gluten free it tastes the same and lots of fillings to choose from.
