Review of The Baked Bear

I have celiac and I was very impressed with the young staff at this shop. When I ordered an ice cream sandwich with gluten free cookies the young man changed his gloves and got the cookies stored seperate from the others. He than pointed out the gluten free ice cream choices which were marked and plentiful. He asked if he should get a new scoop and or a new tub of the ice cream I choose to avoid contamination. I was very impressed and it felt great to not have to ask for these things and feel like a pain in the butt. No extra charge for gluten free either.
