Fryers are not dedicated. Menu states Bahn Mi is a gluten free option, but tofu is fried in shared fryer - definitely glutened me :/ So disappointed because it was bomb.

The Bark is amazing for gluten free and their gluten free variants on items are delicious!

My only recommendation regarding fried items is to ask if the fryer has been used recently for a breaded special as non special breaded items are cornstarch/corn based breaded. Every now and then they would have a wheat breaded item go in the fryer making that off limits to celiacs
