The Barn

I ultimately ended up not ordering anything. I am a fairly sensitive and symptomatic celiac. When I asked the staff about cross contamination, they took it very seriously and explained the precautions they take, but that they wouldn't trust it for a celiac. They have a dedicated gluten free fryer, but it is right next to the regular fryer so it is possible that they cross contaminated it. They said the chili and salads were probably safest since it is in a less busy area of the kitchen, but everything uses the same cutting board and utensils. The manager mentioned her friend with celiac doesn't feel safe eating any of the food there, so I decided to refrain. Everything looked really delicious and I would love to have eaten if my reactions weren't so severe! The gluten-eaters I was with loved their food!

The burgers here all looked amazing. I got a grilled chicken sandwich on a gluten free bun and a raspberry chocolate shake and it was so good!!
