This establishment needs a lot of help understanding what gluten free means. They are friendly & responsive. It is just surprising that you still have to explain & send food back to be fixed even though they have a specific menu. They get three stars for trying, but they still need more training.

First time I went I got very sick. The manager took over a week to call me back. She apologized and said they had some issues with kitchen staff. She claimed to be gluten free too... But it sounded more like for the fad diet craze. I have celiac and explained why it was serious. She sent me a gift card and promised me the Enzo experience would be better. It wasn't, not safe if you have celiac, I was sick for days
