The chef came out and helped me chose a dish that would work for my needs. He did say they take gluten and celiac seriously and staff were good about changing gloves etc. He did say they make the bread/tortillas in house so there was a possibility particles were in the air- I took a chance and they did everything they could to ensure my safety. All was well for me! Extremely healthy food options- farm to table style. No corn tortillas or buns so expect that. Sweetest and caring staff I really appreciated the attention they gave me.
