I would not go back here. On a positive note, they were upfront that they do not have a dedicated kitchen space, which has typically been fine for me as long as they handle foods with care. On the downside, they have quite a few items marked as gluten-free, but their items are not necessarily safe for folks with celiac or high sensitivity.

The server kept pushing the mango rolls, which I ordered because he said they were gluten free. After taking a few bites, I realized that the tofu was FRIED tofu, which they fry in a shared fryer. I know this because when I ordered the Pad Thai, I asked for shrimp and tofu. The waitress said, oh the tofu already comes in it and it is fried, but it’s just a little bit so you’ll be fine, and then started to walk away before I could say anything. The other server quickly chimed in and told her to leave it out because it’s a shared fryer. Knowing this, I think it’s a bad move to put fried tofu into the mango rolls that are labeled gluten free. Needless to say, I was sick all evening.

I will not be going back there. If you do, I highly recommend you triple check all the ingredients. It all tasted fine, and they seem to want to make an effort, but unfortunately you don’t earn points for effort when it comes gluten intolerance.
