Emailed ahead to ask if they were celiac safe and got the following in response: "Yes! We can accommodate gluten free options. Most of our sauces are gluten free and we can even offer the schnitzels gluten free, celiac friendly."

Went and ordered the special that day, the server knew about celiac and were able to suggest and make alterations to sides to be gluten-free. Great food! Drink menu is pretty beer focused, but there is a full wine list, cocktails and a few ciders as well so there's not a shortage of drinks options.
