The owner, Sue, goes out of her way to make meals that are not only gluten free, but delicious. As a celiac, traveling to Wales from California, I knew eating out would be a challenge. How wonderful to find the Bay Bistro. The menu of locally-sourced items, many of them celiac-safe, and all served by friendly courteous staff who understand the need to keep the meal absolutely 100% free of contamination. Dessert was the highlight of my meal!
