The staff at The Bay Cafe were great to work with, and while they do not have a dedicated GF kitchen or equipment to my knowledge, they were able to create any sandwich with either GF bread or bun. They mainly serve sandwiches and pizzas. I did not ask (and do not believe) that they have GF crust. Although, I could be wrong about that.
