Although nothing is marked in the menu, the service staff and the chefs know everything about gluten-free dishes. I had the sous-vide flank steak with white wine risotto and grilled jalapeños and it was outstanding. As the chefs do all the sauces by themselves, they know their products. The meat is seasoned with salt and pepper and you can choose severel side-dishes, e.g. carrots, cole slaw salad, potato wedges.
