Try somewhere else if you are hungry. Staff are unwilling to provide guidance and will direct you to the QR menu. The menu indicates "gluten-containing" for mostly everything and staff cannot make accommodations (like provide ingredient lists or provide a burger without the bun, etc.)

I was able to get a very basic small plate of nacho chips (with salsa & guacamole) and a bag of peanuts. There were several GF beverages available though.
