This cozy cafe and coffee place recently opened and it’s absolutely amazing. The nice selection of gluten free breakfast and lunch items are clearly marked on the menu. When I ordered GF pancakes, I told our server I’m celiac. She told me the kitchen has a dedicated GF flat top grill leaving almost no chance of contamination, but wanted to check with me anyway. I was impressed. I appreciated a kitchen team that was taking my gluten allergy seriously! The environment felt welcoming to celiacs overall. Those pancakes were hands down the *best* I’ve ever had, gluten or not. That’s a lot coming from a New Englander with pancake experience in VT, NH, and MA! I haven’t been there for lunch yet but the salads I saw on their Instagram look out of this world. Highly recommend! This is a gem of a place for celiacs in a town and surrounding area without many GF options.
