The kitchen is dedicated to GF food preparation, so cross contamination cannot occur.
I have order GF brownies and also a birthday cake from The Better Bakery. It was prepared and presented well. The owner was friendly and helpful. Best of all, the food was tasty.

Beautiful gluten-free pastries (also vegan, soy-free and dye-free if people need that) that taste delicious. Their sandwich cookies are my favourite but they do gorgeous wedding/birthday or special event cakes and cupcakes too. (Order these in advance.)Totally dedicated gluten free facility. The owner is super careful about ensuring safety. Lovely, friendly service!

The Better Bakery made some of the best gluten-free cake I've ever had. The facility is dedicated gluten-free and also makes everything soy-free and vegan. Definitely going to have more of their pastries in the future.
They do have things for walk-in customers, but that changes day to day. Also, if you want a cake you'll have to order it several days ahead of time.

The Better Bakery is a gluten free designated facility. There is no fear of cross contamination because of this! All communication about ingredients and other potential allergens (like nuts) were made clear accommodations were made. They have great tasting products and can accommodate most allergen needs!
