Several items can be made gluten free. I believe they have a gluten free fryer. My favorite are the fries (frites) and meatballs (boulettes). I’m not 100% sure if they have dedicated prep space, but I’ve been here several times and not gotten sick.l, and they seem to take it seriously when I mention I have celiac. They also usually have at least one GF beer and wine to drink.
