Review of The Big Bib BBQ

I have eaten here before and after my Celiac diagnosis. Everything is absolutely delicious--the best brisket in town, IMO. Little did I know, before, that the majority of their menu options are made gluten free!

Check their website for the latest information (clearly labeled), but as of this writing, everything is gluten free except their desserts, anything with a bun (because of the bun), and the mac and cheese.

You can ask them to change their gloves before they work on your order, and also request "no bread" be included on your plate. We went when it was slow, so IDK how safe they'll be when it's busy. If you order a plate for take out, they build your order in its own container so there's no contamination from others in your party.

My first time eating there GF (Jan 8, 2023) included brisket, jalapeno sausage, baked potato casserole, pinto beans, and the spicy bbq sauce. I'm ecstatic I can continue eating here! I'm sad it took me so long to verify whether or not I could.
