The Big Biscuit

I was worried about coming to a place called “The Big Biscuit” but I called ahead about the omelettes and they assured me that all except for certain ones with particular processed meats in it would be gluten free. I asked the waiter a lot of questions, he was gracious and made sure to check on anything he wasn’t sure about. The manager came and spoke with me to ease my worries and actually cooked my meal himself in a separate area. I’m not positive that all locations do the extra work but at this location, they went above and beyond to make sure I was safe and comfortable!
