It's worth noting that gluten free options are only available on Tuesdays despite there being a rather large 'gluten free' on the menu board.

With hindsight I should have called in advance to see if the internet was correct in it's information.

Sadly we visited on a Monday so I cannot comment on what the food was like.

In terms of service, I felt a little disappointed by the response to my query and lack of eye contact. Had there have been a little more enthusiasm I certainly would have tried again on a Tuesday. Furthermore, I had rather an extensive order for the gluten eaters which I decided to take to my local chip shop because of the initial first impression of the customer service.

We are 3 Coeliacs in the family. I wanted to treat my children with a fish and chips. I did a search online and came across with the Big Fish. We have been really welcome and it was heaven for the children being able to enjoy a nice Gluten Free fish and chips. We will certainly go back in the future.

Delicious fish and chips. I’ve had food from here more times than I can count and never been glutened or felt like I was at risk. Lovely staff. The best take away in town

Best dish and chips eve hands down. The gluten free batter was delish!!! Will come here again even if I have to drive out of my way!

It will take a little extra time and it is good to call ahead and warn them you are coming. But - the fish was good and the breading was outstanding!!! They also have milkshakes and sundaes for people who can eat dairy (which unfortunately isn't me). My family, who isn't GF/CF, really enjoyed their fish and chips as well so we will be back! Price was good too!And the best news.... no after effects!

Awesome food - We had it delivered and we were impressed by how well labelled everything was to distinguish the gf and regular food. Really missed having battered sausages.
