No gluten free options and server was also unsure on what may or may not be suitable. There was a fruit cup in the fridge though.

The Mediterranean Grain Bowl was delicious and GF. The cashier was unsure about it's GF status, and brought out a book with all ingredients for every meal on the menu. I appreciate that they were able to check that the meal was safe.

The Bistro at Courtyard by Marriott in Laie is aware of cross contamination issues and is currently evaluating its menu to see if more options could be offered. Stay tuned.
