This review includes notes on the Bistro, the Cafe, and the grab and go available at the Seattle club. Bistro - a regular sit down restaurant with items marked GF on most menus. The brunch menu does not yet have the designation but the server can help. The GF buns are amazing. I had a Chicken Club Sandwich. The chicken was a fresh broiled breast and the sandwich was overall fantastic. The server warned of shared fryer when I was deciding on sides. Cafe - The have some protein bars and other packaged snacks that are GF. I asked, not expecting anything, about the pastry display. The cake pops and some sugar cookies are GF, but you have to ask. They also have a s’mores bar. OMG! Too good, too fattening. Not fair but I guess every once in a while after a workout should be fine. I’m pretty sure these are the same s’mores I’ve seen at the Redmond farmers market. Seattle Grab and Go (this is probably similar to Bellevue grab and go items) - Pre-packaged food that looks to be recently made (most likely in Bellevue kitchens). Packages provide information on ingredients as well as nutritional value. You should have no problem finding a salad or other snail. They also offer WOW GF cookies.
