Small gluten free menu. I had ribs which is made with a homemade BBQ sauce that’s Gf. No reaction and delicious. I’m allergic to dairy and their coleslaw has dairy and the server offered to substitute it with Asian slaw which I was immediately like there’s no way that’s Gf and it’s not on Gf menu (she rushed to say it was, then hesitated, and I just told her no slaw).
Always a bit of a red flag for me when servers aren’t super careful because you don’t know how much they are reminding kitchen of celiac.
My hunch is they don’t have great kitchen protocols for celiac or allergies but do have foods that are Gf so my suggestion is to stick to the items that naturally have least chance of cross contamination.
(I stayed away from burgers substituted with Gf buns because unless I feel a large amount of trust in their protocols, especially on a grill where they may grill other gluten containing items, I don’t feel safe)
