The staff was very accommodating to my dairy and gluten allergy. We had the bay of pigs on corn tortilla without the smoked Gouda and a tamale with pork and a fried egg on top. Delicious! My non allergy daughter enjoyed the bay of pigs, Mexican coke and topped it off with a abuelita chocolate chip cookie.
The owner is very knowledgeable and the tamales are gluten-free as well as having gf sandwich bread. He makes the tamales away from cross-contaminants. (Update) Fantastic tamales! The owner is so nice and the food is great. You should support this local restaurant! Safe for celiacs and a hidden gem.
