The menu here is small, it’s a B&B with a fancy Lakeland/Japanese restaurant. It’s probably not one for the fussy eaters, but if you miss fine dining and creative food, then this is the place to go. The hotel rooms are lovely, the pub had several different gf beers, and one of the staff is coeliac. I let them know in advance that my boyfriend was pescatarian & coeliac and the chefs had worked out how to cater for him. (I would let them know when booking for this reason.) The food was delicious, and the breakfast options were amazing — apart from the bread he could eat everything, including the muesli & veggie sausages. I really recommend it!
